Application scope of brushless DC motor
Brushless DC motor is composed of a motor body and a driver, and is a typical electromechanical integrated product. The stator winding of the electric motor forms a three-phase star connection, and the rotor of the electric motor is bonded with magnetized permanent magnets. The currently used permanent magnet materials mainly include iron oxide, aluminum nickel cobalt, neodymium iron boron, etc. Based on the linear relationship between the magnetic induction intensity and magnetic field intensity of several materials, neodymium iron boron (Nd-Fe-B) is the most widely used. It has the largest linear relationship range and is known as the third-generation rare earth permanent magnet alloy. In order to detect the polarity of the electric rotor, a position sensor is installed inside the motor. The driver is composed of power electronic devices and integrated circuits, and its function is to control the start, stop, speed change, forward and reverse rotation of the motor, and provide protection and display, etc.
